Considering the collaboration, exchange of experiences and sharing of the best practices as one of the common paths to develop, improve and modernize the administration of universities, the Iberian-American Network of University Administrators (RAUI), has been created in 2003, with the institutional support of the Conference of the Rectors of Spain (CRUE) and of the Conference of Rectors of the Portuguese Universities (CRUP).

As an integrating project of Iberian-American universities, the RAUI has as its main objective to respond with efficiency, due to its institutional responsibility, to the professionalization needs of higher education institutions.
