Students who can request this support:

a) Portuguese students or from an European state member or a stateless person, or with a political refugee statute or foreigners from countries with cooperation agreements foreseeing the same benefits or from states which the law, in equality of circumstances, grants equal treatment to Portuguese students;

b) Being or intend to be enrolled and registered in a higher education institution and programme, in the year they are requesting a scholarship;

c) Do not have a degree or equivalent;

d) Do not have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, except when are integrated bachelors’ courses or specialized higher education to the teachers education - basic education and specialized higher education -, when the access were done with a bachelor’s degree, and which create the needed conditions to grants a graduation degree.
