The “The Euraxess Services Network” was established as a strategy for the encouragement of the mobility of researchers within and to the European Union, in order to enhance its attractiveness at a global level.
The Foundation for Science and Technology, as the Major Mobility Centre in Portugal, is responsible for the coordination of the Research Mobility Centres and for the management of the National Portal. This institution supports the foreigner researchers in Portugal.
The Researchers’ Mobility Centre of the University of Lisbon is a Local Contact Point (LoCP) and its mission is to assist researchers and their families during their period of mobility, in all matters relating to professional and daily lives, helping them to reach the adequate services to their needs.
